We treasure good books and we love collecting them. We believe in selling the best books. Therefore, our inventory encompasses a small, but select set of Rare, Out-of-Print, or First Edition hardback books whose condition is Good or better, and most with a Good or better dust jacket. Our books are ones we consider highly interesting and educational including Classic Fiction, books on Arctic Travel and Exploration, Natural History, and U.S. Politics, as well as great Mystery books.
We also believe every child should have the opportunity to grow up experiencing the joy of reading and learning from good books. To make this a reality, 7% of our net proceeds are donated to "First Book" - a nonprofit organization with a single mission: to give children from low-income families the opportunity to read and own their first books.
